Early Childhood Education can be a rewarding and diverse career, it is also one that can be misunderstood. 

Bayside, Glen Eira and Kingston Local Learning and Employment Network (BGKLLEN) has partnered with local Early Childhood Educators and Specialists, through their Gen Profession Early Childhood Education Program to deliver some valuable resources. The Program aims to address the skills shortage in the sector by raising awareness of the career pathways and show young people what working in the sector is like. 

The project has resulted in two videos that can be used by educators and career counselors to show young people what a career in Early Childhood Education will really be like.
