Gen Industry Manufacturing is an initiative developed by BGKLLEN and is managed in partnership with a committee of local industry.

The initiative foster collaborations between industry, schools and young people via exciting industry tours and work placements. 

There are currently six videos available on the BGKLLEN YouTube channel, here. The videos dive into topics such as what TAFE is like, common misconceptions in manufacturing, what it’s like for women and the types of careers available.

A great set of resources to show young people who may be interested in manufacturing.
